Panic Sorters
Delete your Panic Sorters data
Effective date: 23 October 2026
This English text is the original. Translations are provided for convenience; if they differ, this text prevails.
This page explains how to delete your Panic Sorters account and the personal data linked to it, and which data we keep.
In the game
Open Settings in the game, choose Delete account and confirm. If your account is linked to Google Play Games or Game Center, the game may ask you to sign in there again first. The game deletes your account and its server data at once and then clears its data on your device.
Ask us by email
Write to jfrstudioapps@gmail.com with the subject “Panic Sorters account deletion”. Tell us the device you play on and, if the game shows one, your player or account identifier, so we can find the account.
Never send passwords or payment details. If we cannot find the account, we will ask you for more information.
What we delete
Deleting your account removes:
- Your game account and its link to Google Play Games or Game Center.
- Your saved progress, settings, player name and in-game items on our servers.
What we keep
- Usage statistics, which are not linked to your account and expire after at most 14 months.
- Crash reports, which expire after 90 days.
- Data that Google or Apple keep in your own account, such as your store purchase history or your game-service profile. You manage it in your Google or Apple account settings.
- Residual copies in Google’s internal backups, which Google erases on its standard schedule of about six months.
When it happens
Deletion in the game takes effect at once.
We complete requests sent by email within one month and confirm by email.
Uninstalling the game deletes the data on your device, but it does not delete your account on our servers.
