Delete your Still Beating data
Effective date: 23 October 2026
This English text is the original. Translations are provided for convenience; if they differ, this text prevails.
This page explains how to delete your Still Beating account and the personal data linked to it, and which data we keep.
In the game
The current version of the game creates no account, so there is nothing to delete on our servers yet. This page applies once the online features are switched on.
The game does not have a delete button yet. Send us the email described below and we will delete the account for you.
Ask us by email
Write to jfrstudioapps@gmail.com with the subject “Still Beating account deletion”. Tell us the device you play on and, if the game shows one, your player or account identifier, so we can find the account.
Never send passwords or payment details. If we cannot find the account, we will ask you for more information.
What we delete
Deleting your account removes:
- Your game account.
- Your runs, display name, group memberships and duels.
What we keep
- Country statistics, which never contained your identity.
- Data that Google keeps in your own Google account, such as your Google Play purchase history. You manage it in your Google account settings.
- Residual copies in Google’s internal backups, which Google erases on its standard schedule of about six months.
When it happens
We complete requests sent by email within one month and confirm by email.
Uninstalling the game deletes the data on your device, but it does not delete your account on our servers.
