Who may play
You must be at least 16 years old to play the game. It is not directed at children and does not ask for your age.
Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to play the game for your own non-commercial use. The game, its content and its brands belong to JFR Studio or its licensors.
Fair play
Do not cheat, use bots or modified versions, exploit bugs, interfere with our servers, copy or reverse engineer the game except where the law allows it, or sell accounts or in-game items.
Your game account
The game creates an account for you to keep your progress and purchases. Keep your device secure. You can delete the account at any time as the deletion page explains. We may suspend an account that seriously breaks these terms; where we can, we tell you first and give you a chance to explain.
Names you show to others
Choose a display name and group names that do not insult, impersonate or infringe the rights of others. We may change or remove a name that breaks this rule.
Purchases and virtual items
The store processes payments under its own terms, at the price it shows before you buy. Virtual currency and items are licensed to you for use in the game, have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Purchased content is delivered at once. The store asks for your express consent to immediate delivery and your acknowledgement that you then lose the 14-day right of withdrawal, as EU consumer law allows for digital content. This does not affect your legal guarantee rights if the content does not work as described; write to us or ask the store for a refund under its rules.
Advertising
The game may show ads. Ads that give in-game rewards are always optional. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads.
Updates and availability
We may update the game to fix problems, add or change content, keep it secure or follow the law. Online features need a connection and may be unavailable at times. If a change significantly worsens access to content you paid for, we will tell you beforehand and you may end the contract and get the remedies the law gives you.
Liability
We are liable as the law requires for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity.
Ending these terms
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the game and, if you have one, deleting your account. We may end these terms for a serious breach, or when we stop running the game, giving reasonable notice where we can.
Law and disputes
Spanish law governs these terms. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country and you can bring a claim before the courts where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms when the game or the law changes. We will tell you about significant changes in the game or on its store page before they apply; if you do not accept them, you can stop playing and delete your account.
